手軽に素早く海外送金できるということもあり、電話でのお問い合わせも多いです。

そこで、一番よく聞かれる「何を持って行ったらいいの？」「何が分かればいいの？」という

ご質問に答えていきたいと思います！

 

Western Union (WU) has been used by many people until now.

Since overseas remittances can be made easily and quickly, the number of inquiries by phone has been increasing recently.

Therefore, we will answer the most frequently asked questions, “What should I bring?” and “What should I know?”

 

 

WUでできること/What you can do with WU

WUとは、簡単に海外へ送金できるシステムのこと。

手続き自体も早ければ10分程度で完了し、その後約10～15分でお金を受け取れるようになります。

面倒な手続きがないため、生活費やギフトとして気軽に利用できる便利なサービスなんですね。

 

WU is a system that allows you to easily send money overseas.

The procedure itself will be completed in about 10 minutes at the earliest, and you will be able to receive the money in about 10 to 15 minutes after that.

Since there are no complicated procedures, it is a convenient service that can be easily used as a living expense or as a gift.

【Western Union】海外送金もやっています！

 

同じWUでも取扱店舗によってできることが多少違いますが、当店で行えるのは個人間での海外送金・受取になります。

法人や口座への送金・受取はできません。

電子マネーによる取引も不可のため、全て現金でのやりとりになります。

また、ご自分でWUのアプリやwebで途中まで手続きをした場合、その続きを当店で行うことはできませんのでご注意ください。

 

Even with the same WU, what you can do is slightly different depending on the store handling it.

At our shop, we can send and receive money overseas between individuals.

You cannot send or receive money to or from corporations or accounts.

Electronic money cannot be used, so all transactions are in cash.

Also, please note that if you have completed the procedure on the WU app or web by yourself, you will not be able to continue it at our shop.

 

送金時に必要なもの/Things you need when sending money

まず手続き時にお持ち頂きたいものは、身分確認書類です。

The first thing you need to bring with you when you apply is your ID.

 

【日本国籍の場合】

・マイナンバーカード（通知カード・住民票でも可）

・運転免許証（持っているなら必ず提示頂きたいです。無ければ顔写真入りのマイナンバーカード1枚でも可。）

・パスポート＋住所確認書類（国税・地方税・自動車税等の領収証・6か月以内の住民票・6か月以内の印鑑証明書のどれか）

 

[For Japanese nationals]

・My number card (Notification card is acceptable)

・driver’s license

・Passport + address confirmation document (receipt for national tax, local tax, automobile tax, etc., resident card within 6 months, seal certificate within 6 months)

 

【外国籍居住者の場合】

・マイナンバーカード（通知カード・住民票でも可）

・在留カード

 

[For foreign residents]

・My number card (Notification card is acceptable)

・Residence card

 

日本国籍の方も外国籍居住者の方も、マイナンバーは毎回ご提示頂くのが基本になります。

必ず忘れずにお持ち下さるようお願い致します。

マイナンバーカードをお持ちでない方は、マイナンバーが記載された6か月以内の住民票で代用可能です。

また、外国籍居住者の方は、運転免許証ではなく在留カードが必要となります。

どの身分証明書も期限が切れていると使えないので、気をつけてくださいね。

 

Both Japanese nationals and foreign residents are required to present a My Number card with a face photo every time.

Please do not forget to bring it with you.

If you do not have a My Number Card, you can substitute it with a resident card within 6 months with your My Number listed.

Also, foreign residents need a residence card instead of a driver’s license.

Please note that any ID card cannot be used if it has expired.

 

そして、手続きに必要な情報としては主に

・受取人の名前（スペルや順番など正確に）

・受取人が住んでいる国と州や都市の名前

です。

特に名前は、1文字違っていたり姓名の順番が違っていたりすると受け取れないので、身分証と同じ表記で手続きしなければなりません。

不安な場合は事前に確認しておく方がおすすめです。

・Recipient’s name (correct spelling, order, etc.)

・The name of the country, state or city where the recipient lives

In particular, if your name is one letter wrong or your name is in the wrong order, you will not be able to receive it, so you must use the same notation as your ID card.

If you are unsure, it is recommended that you check in advance.

 

受取時に必要なもの/Things you need when you receive

受取時にも、送金時と同じマイナンバーカードや身分証が必要です。

それに加えて大事なのが、MTCN（送金管理番号）と呼ばれる10桁の番号。

この番号が分からないと、受取り手続きができません。

送金人の名前や金額も確認しますので、番号とともに事前に確認しておきましょう。

 

At the time of receiving, the same My Number card or ID as at the time of remittance is required.

In addition to that, what is important is a 10-digit number called MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).

If you do not know this number, you will not be able to receive the money.

We will also check the name and amount of the remitter, so be sure to check it in advance along with the number.
