「海外にいる家族へ仕送りしたい」「海外からの送金を受け取りたい」など、どちらのご利用も大歓迎です！
サービスを利用する際に必要な身分確認書類、お手続きの流れをご紹介しますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。
You can send money to family overseas or get money from abroad easily.Please read below to learn about the ID documents required and how to use the service.
※現在、英語などの外国語を話せるスタッフはおりません。

ウエスタンユニオン（Western Union）は、アメリカに本社を置く世界最大級の海外送金サービス。
世界200以上の国と地域に約50万ヶ所の取扱店があり、海外への送金や受取りを、現金でかんたん・スピーディーに行うことができます。
銀行口座を持っていなくても、取扱店の窓口で手続きするだけでOK！
日本国内の取扱店からは1回につき100万円まで、最短15分ほどで海外にいるご家族やご友人へお金を届けることができます。
Western Union is a big international money transfer service from the United States.You can send or receive cash easily at about 500,000 agent locations in over 200 countries.
No bank account is needed ? just visit an agent counter!
From Japan, you can send up to 1 million yen per transfer, and the money usually arrives in about 15 minutes.

サービス対応時間／Correspond time
質屋かんてい局名取店の営業時間は10：00～18：00までとなっており、ウエスタンユニオンをはじめとするサービスの最終受付時間は17：30までとなっております。
また、質屋かんてい局名取店は毎週火曜日と水曜日が定休日となっております。定休日以外でしたら、原則、上記時間内のご利用が可能です。

①手続き時に必要な書類を提出
Submit the necessary documents of procedure
身分確認書類の確認をさせていただきます。（マイナンバーカード・運転免許証・在留カードなど）
②送金依頼書の記入
Fill out for remittance paper
手続きに必要な情報としては主に
- 受取人の名前（スペルや順番など正確に）
- 受取人が住んでいる国と州や都市の名前
です。
特に名前は、1文字違っていたり姓名の順番が違っていたりすると受け取れないので、身分証と同じ表記で手続きしなければなりません。
不安な場合は事前に確認しておくのががおすすめです。

- Recipient’s name (correct spelling, order, etc.)
- The name of the country, state or city where the recipient lives
In particular, if your name is one letter wrong or your name is in the wrong order, you will not be able to receive it, so you must use the same notation as your ID card.
If you are unsure, it is recommended that you check in advance.
③送金金額の支払いをする
Pay the remittance amount
希望の送金金額、送金手数料の支払いをする。
※送金金額および送金手数料のお支払いは現金（日本円）のみとなります。
※Remittances and remittance fees can only be paid in cash (Japanese Yen).
④受領証を受けとる
Receive a receipt
送金依頼書のお客様控えを受け取り、送金管理番号（MTCN）を確認する。
送金管理番号を使用し、Westerm union（ウエスタンユニオン）のホームページから送金状況の確認ができます。
You can check the transfer status on the Western Union website.
⑤受取人に連絡をする
Contact the recipient
送金管理番号（MTCN）、送金金額などの受取に必要な情報を受取人に連絡をする。
受取人本人が最寄りのWesterm union（ウエスタンユニオン）取扱店へ出向き、必要な情報をもとに送金金額を受け取ることができます。
The receiver can go to the nearest Western Union shop to get the money.

①送金状況の確認をする
Check the situation money transfer
来店する前に、送金状況を確認し受取りが可能かを確認しましょう。
送金管理番号を使用し、Westerm union（ウエスタンユニオン）のホームページから送金状況の確認ができます。
You can check the transfer status on the Western Union website.
※送金管理番号（MTCN）の確認、身分確認書類、マイナンバーカードを忘れずにお持ちください。
②手続き時に必要な書類を提出

身分確認書類の確認をさせていただきます。（マイナンバーカード・運転免許証・在留カードなど）
③受取り依頼書の記入
Fill out for receive paper
手続きに必要な情報としては主に
- MTCN番号
- 予想受取金額
- 送金人の名前（スペルや順番など正確に）
です。事前に確認をお願いいたします。

⑤送金金額を受取る
Receive the transfered amount
送金依頼内容と受取り依頼書、本人確認書類に間違いがないことを確認し、送金金額をお渡しします。
※送金金額のお受け取りは現金（日本円）のみとなります。
We will check your request forms and ID, then give you the money.
※Remittance amounts can only be received in cash (Japanese yen).
