Non-residents do not need to show your personal number (my number card).

Receive a customer copy

Receive a customer copy of the remittance request form

and confirm the remittance control number (MTCN)

Westerm union Use the remittance control number,

you can check the remittance status from the Westerm union homepage.

Remittance Control Number (MTCN) 

Contact the recipient with the information needed to receive the remittance amount.

The recipient should go to the nearest Western Union agent shop

to receive the remittance amount based on the required information.
