サービス対応時間 Correspond time

よくお問い合わせいただくのは

Frequently inquiries :

・何時までやってますか？(How long do your agent shop open?)

・日曜日もやってますか？(Do you open on Sunday?)

といった、サービスの利用可能な日時についてが多いです！

【営業時間】10：00～18：00までとなっており、

ウエスタンユニオンをはじめとするサービスの最終受付時間は17：30までとなっております。

また、質屋かんてい局名取店は毎週火曜日と水曜日が定休日となっております。

定休日以外でしたら、原則、上記時間内のご利用が可能です。

Every Tuesday＆Wednesday is a regular holiday.

■送金の流れ■　To send step

1.受付（送金or受取）

2.依頼書に記入

Fill out for remittance paper

　・スタッフがお渡しする送金依頼書を記入する。

Fill out the remittance request form our staff will give you.

3.手続き時に必要な書類を提出

Submit the necessary documents of procedure

　①本人確認に関する書類（原本）/ Verify your identity

外国籍居住者の場合 Foreign residents 　・有効な在留カード Residence card 　・個人番号カード（マイナンバーカード）my number card※①

日本国籍の場合 Japanese residents 　・日本の運転免許証 japanese driving license 　・個人番号カード（マイナンバーカード）my number card※① 　・パスポート（＋住所確認書類 ※②）        Passport (+ issued within the las 6 months address confirmation documents ) 　※①

非住居者  Non-resident 　・パスポート（＋海外の運転免許証etc.） Passort (+Overseas driver’s license etc..)

※①マイナンバーカードの提示が必須となります。

マイナンバーカードがない場合は、マイナンバー通知カードか、マイナンバーが記載された6か月以内の住民票をお持ちください。

※①　It is mandatory to present a My Number card with a face photo. If you do not have a My Number Card, please bring a resident’s card with your My Number written within the last 6 months.

※②　住所確認書類とは、【国税・地方税・自動車税等の領収証】、【6か月以内の住民票】、【6か月以内の印鑑証明書】のことです。

※②　Address confirmation documents is National tax, Local tax, Receipt of automobile tax etc.

It means [Resident’s card within last 6 months] , [Certificate of seal within last 6 months]

 

　②個人番号（マイナンバーカード）に関する書類（原本）/ My number card (Documents about) (original paper)

居住者（日本国籍及び外国国籍）・・・日本人及び外国国籍居住者の方  Residents (Japanese and foreign nationalities)　Japanese and ( foreign residents) 　下記の個人番号（マイナンバーカード）に関する書類のうち1点の提示が必要です。     You need to show one of the documents related to the      Individual Number (My Number Card) below. 　・個人番号カード（マイナンバーカード）My number card 　・住民票（マイナンバーが記載のもので6ヶ月以内のもの）Citizen documents within last  6 months

非居住者 Non-resident 　非居住者の方は個人番号（マイナンバー）の提示は必要ありません。     Non-residents do not need to show your personal number (my number card).

4.送金金額の支払いをする Pay the remittance amount

　希望の送金金額、送金手数料の支払いをする。

  Desired remittance amount, pay the remittance fee.

　※送金金額および送金手数料のお支払いは現金のみとなります。

   ※Remittances and remittance fees can only be paid in cash.

5.受領証を受けとる　Receive a receipt

　送金依頼書のお客様控えを受け取り、送金管理番号（MTCN）を確認する。

　Receive a customer copy of the remittance request form and confirm the remittance control number 　(MTCN)

    送金管理番号を使用し、Westerm union（ウエスタンユニオン）のホームページから送金状況の確認ができます。

Use the remittance control number, you can check the remittance status from the Westerm union homepage.

6.受取人に連絡をする   Contact the recipient

送金管理番号（MTCN）、送金金額などの受取に必要な情報を受取人に連絡をする。

受取人本人が最寄りのWesterm union（ウエスタンユニオン）取扱店へ出向き、

必要な情報をもとに送金金額を受け取ってもらってください。

Remittance Control Number (MTCN)

Contact the recipient with the information needed to receive the remittance amount.

The recipient should go to the nearest Western Union agent shop

to receive the remittance amount based on the required information.

1.送金状況の確認をする  Check the situation money transfer

送金状況を確認し受取りが可能かを確認しましょう。

2.最寄りのWesterm union（ウエスタンユニオン）取扱店へ訪問する

　※本人確認書類、個人番号の書類、送金完了後（MTCN）などの必要な書類を忘れずにお持ちください。

3.依頼書に記入

　・スタッフがお渡しする受取り依頼に記入する。

4.送金金額を受取る　Receive the transfered amount

本人確認書類を提示する。

Present your identity verification documents.

　送金依頼内容と受取り依頼書、本人確認書類に間違いがないことを確認し、送金金額のお渡しとなります。

   Send transfered request details and receipt request, check your that the identity verification documents are correct.
